Just change at Chinatown yest - PPC $ exchanger opps KFC @3.135. RM2000 for S$638. Outside other stall selling 3.125. S$2.00 difference niah.

See online rates 3.143 ...
went there to change only managed to get 3.142
not very long queue, few stores offering 3.142
