My colleague changed at 2.49 or 2.5 at Suntec Money Changer in Sept or Oct last year I think. She was lucky.

So far I find Suntec is the highest as compared to chinatown and Mustafa. Perhaps next time we can compare Suntec and Arcade.

yes, Suntec has one with super long queue every time. Unless you have the time to queue, if not I'll go elsewhere to change. Not much different as I always change a few hundred bucks only, not in thousands.
