yes certain shop will be open. most will close by 3pm

I changed at bedok interchange just ytd 2.496 ytd- 500.8 sgd i changed to 1250 riggt- its the indian shop in e interchange- note it is NOT beside the jewellry shop- as most ppl are mistaken - there are 2 over there

brother, the shop is divided 1/3 for the money changer, 2/3 for 4D retail.

The shop beside is uob and another after car entrance shop is ocbc. The 4D shop is facing princess cinema.
