Raffles around 4.30pm, alot of long queue.
Rate at 247 & 247.5
alot no stock & drop to highest 247when my turn to change.

Bedok as 6.30pm
Interchange beside 4D shop 247
Beside Eu yang seng 247.28 (min $300)
Beside Sheng Siong 247.5 (min $500)

RM247.5 : SGD100

Queue was hectic (totally not moving after standing at the same spot for 10 minutes) and I gave up since it hadn't reached the rate I wanted.
