Yeah dude, online rates normally are base-rates which excludes the bid-spread margins by the money changers or the banks.

That's why online rates are always higher.

Anyway today at Suntec Tower 2 money changer (near to Singapore Pools Outlet) is SGD 1 = MYR 2.50 exactly when I asked this afternoon around 1200hrs. But too bad their RM were "out of stock"!!!

Yalor. The money charger have to earn $$ too. and if the rate is high, they usually limit the amount for each day. Otherwise, they really with low margin when high exchange rate.

the best i got in this few month was 2.51 (before CNY) in arcade.
