For those driving, just go to any moneychanger after Shell or on Tebrau highway, u can get 2.50. I changed this morning only.

I just went today after Shell. Wah lao, where got 2.50??? Display wrote 2.45, gave $100 to change, return back 249RM.

Yes. Higher risk getting rob... why join the jam to get the slightly better rate. If you add your time, petrol there is no saving.

If u have CIMB bank (SG) and CIMB bank (MY), u can do online TT at close to the market rate without any charges..

Or simply use your Maybank (SG) ATM card to withdraw money from any Maybank ATM in Malaysia, no other charges and u get quite favorable forex rates as compared to the money changers here.... Just to share with u all...

mind to share how to know what's the rate before withdrawing from the atm?

Bishan J8 2.4951. Just changed at 3pm. Long queue coz the fat girl at the counter damn ******* slow. If you see super long queue and moving very slowly, confirm she is at the counter. The guys are much faster.
