Today I changed 150 only inside JB although glass displayed 245, I got 252 in return!!!

I think uob rate better but I got no uob ATM card to try, only tested maybank.

UOB 2.556 today
Maybank only 2.544

according to UOB website, said any MEPS ATM can withdrawal, never mention about the service fee though...

RM1,000 from SGD391.24 no fee whatsoever
*UOB max 1k withdrawal per transaction, but can do multiple transaction per day.

cash withdrawal from MY MAYBANK ATM with MAYBANK ATM card:
RM1,200 from SGD471.70 no fee whatsoever

*spot rate SGD1 vs. RM2.5788 seems likes rebounding, which ATM rate is very very good even by normal circumstances.

I went through your file. I don't know much about ATM whether there is any charges as many of you said there is none. However, for TT rate, there is a TT charges, and that is not cheap unless you TT lots of money. Some years back, I did TT to certain country and there was a charge of $20+ per transaction
