Based on your local ATM card limit. Should be max sin3k. Per transaction I not sure but max is 3k but if ur withdrawal limit might be less than that.

I am going JB this Saturday and like to withdraw ringgit from my UOB account in Malaysia. I check on the exchange rate in UOB SG and UOB MY is very different.

SG giving only 2.52. But MY can give the lowest is 2.56.

pls bro, singaporeans are v penny focused people. u withdraw can get 252, in sg exchange can get 257. it's 5 rinngit difference leh. most would rather exchange and get free 5ringgit lo.
