Using credit to withdraw cash at ATM

I heard pple say use SG credit card to get RM got better exchange rate.. u guys hear of that?

Maybank, UOB... experienced by a few members here.

i tried. but didnt work well for me. i changed same day 247, creditcard was 245

I've had a Maybank account since the old days when they'd the Ka****u card for ATM withdrawals in MY.

Now the savings account is linked to a Platinum Debit Card which is meant for just-in-case moments when I overspend the cash I carry, or when I think the ATMs give a better rate.

I think Maybank recently raised their minimum balance from $500 to $1,000? If the card doesn't give better rates, I think it's going back to being a sleeping account again. =:p
