will money changers offer higher rates if you change larger amounts, say at least RM10,000? also, would chinatown (that shop with purple signboard with very long Qs or raffles place arcade offer better rates)?

my take is that chinatown offers better rates as you mainly see the older generation queuing there. they probably have calculated very meticulously..

cos that day when I change, the attitude gave me 2.5685
I asked the bubble tea one, the rate only 2.567, so the attitude still have a higher rate.
