After scouting a few money changers in JB (Jln Dhoby) , the highest I found was 2.61.
Can share which part of JB can find 262?

I believe he has a CIMB Malaysia account as I am using the same service...2.6121 today...

Quick way is to open a CIMB SG account and find a friend/parent/relative who has a CIMB msia account (most msians would have open either with CIMB or Maybank)...than transfer using the service and ask them to transfer to ur Msia account in other banks...

CIMB(SG) -> MAYBANK(MY) also waive service fee?
only Maybank? How about other? RHB, PUBLIC...

juz chk CIMB website, recalled I have read that online transfer fee is waived, but now cannot find that...

ok thanks for the info. i will drop by later since im on my way to raffles now.
Screw maybank, they freaking charge S$15 per transaction for their online transfer and its not even immediate...do it through cimb singapore as rates better (2.6033 which is better than maybank and so much better than money changers), free of charge, promo of S$15 cash back and funds are transferred immediately...only catch is can transfer to cimb msia acc..

heard from a friend, u can apply a msia account through their cimb sg branch..perhaps you want to confirm it via their call centre.

There will be time where MY money changer give more and time when SG money changer give more. You just have to check both sides.
Anyway no hurry in changing now. The rate will stay for quite some time as long as the oil price does not goes up.
