This afternoon before i found 265 rate, i asked two money changers at JB city sq ground floor both also 260 only.

Just before u cross the bridge to city square.Beside it is a like 7/11 store.

where exactly is this place? near the ground floor food court or the Senai Airport shuttle bus counter?

Near the escalator of the taxi stand across the road from City Square - not the other side nearer the CIQ building.

From JB sentral (KFC/Starbuck/bus tickets counter) walk
toward JB city Square
Just before crossing the link bridge to JB CitySquare go down escalator on left.Only a Cheers store and money changer store there.
Check my receipt for address if still not clear.
But today bank rates sgd drops,so i doubt can get 265 now.
