Rate at komtar JBCC was RM302 to SGD$100. I went earlier on just now.

Went around 5pm+ and was 303. So high meh.

there is only one page, and that is in your bank's website.
rate changes every now and then, so just change whenever you feel like.

Can use this remit method for other currency which is not under the dbs remit list? Or are these not under list need pay some fees? Cos that time i ask if wan transfer they say need pay duno what fee. I think they call wire fees

The countries which DBS Remit only caters are:

India | Philippines | Malaysia | Indonesia | China | Hong Kong

If not in there, they charge wire fees.
