Same email is fine, but account user ID must be different for each SIM card u apply.

TPG works well with my older Asus Zenfone 3 (able to manually add and set APN name). Newer Zenfone 5 with Android Pie unable to do so, thus can't work. Also works well with my colleague's iPhone XR.

Tried my colleague's Oppo R9s, able to work after configuring APN but it suffers consistent network drop (suddenly no bar, then got bar with 4G). Seems to be isolated to that phone only.

Coverage wise CBD area (Tanjong Pagar - Shenton Way) and Simei-Tampines areas outdoors works stable and well on my Zenfone 3 for data.

Speed wise (before hitting daily 2GB quota speed limit)
Simei area - 23Mbps download and 8Mbps upload
Shenton way - 11Mbps dl, 4Mbps ul

All SIM cards have to be applied for and obtained the email confirmation. U can't just ask for them at the collection counter without prior application.
