For mobile reception within existing buildings, building owner need to install additional TPG base stations. Need to feedback to Citylink Mall about this. The more people complain, higher chance for the building management to install the base stations.

Finally it has developed an app to trace usage, anyone interested can search TPG SG from play store. But otp takes a while to come, mine took 5 mins.

same ....but OTP not valid when receive. then have to re request.

Mine was ok on first try, find the app quite good, a good start from tpg. Hope they will slowly do better as 50gb is really good for my wfh vpn.

Usual one of the TPG 4G Voice calling app. This is for monitoring usage.

If you mean TPG-lity, that's by a fellow EDMWer.

Same, asked for otp every time I open the app.
Not going to use it until they solve it.

I think the TPG-Lity is much better than the TPG app created by ceca.

I waited for quite more than 20 mins and finally the last time succeeded, total requested for like 6 times. So, I give up totally on the app when I try to go in again and it’s requesting for OTP.
