pls help troubleshoot my problem:


my phone sometimes can receive 4G at home.

I leave my wifi on all the time.

so, sometimes it logs onto my home wifi.

and sometimes it gets disconnected.


When I go to settings>wifi

I see my network there, and it says 'Authentication problem'

why like that ah?

then I turn off my wifi and turn it back on again, and it logs back on.

but eventually it'll drop my home wifi again.

I even tried to click on my wifi and choose 'Forget' then to re-log in again.... but still the Xperia Z drops my wifi.

never happened to my Arc before leh.

Is your home router using WPA/WPA2 security method?

I checked out the black n purple samples and find that the backing fingerprint magnet. but it still looks magnifico!

Just wash it and it is finger print free

This one really torture z sia... hehehe now I am playing with z10 surfing and reply with its swype style

this is my first lte set so every time I will speed test results, then I realized that every time switch from 3g/h+ to LTE my speed test is 1mb dl and 8 mb ul. then I do a hp restart and lte is back to 40mb dl 20 mb ul. then if I went to those non lte places and back to lte mode, back to 1mb again.
I can't be Keep restarting my phone when I want use lte right??
Anyone facing same issues as me?

Just wash it and it is finger print free

Initially i tot so too... But after washing it n drying it with a cloth, the fingerprints will immediately appear on the back so long as u are holding it....

So now im washing it to remove oily stains on the front... Fingerprints at back wil b there...

I will not buy crapsung even if it's beautiful. S4 design is indeed a joke!

No doubt sammy design is awful, but they r alwaz a step ahead of sony in terms of technology.. Look at the s4 new ironman features... Though not as responsive yet, but they are almost there...

So far only sammy can go head to head with fruit phone

water resistant but not scratch resistant, so u have to be more careful

Samsung... a step ahead ... phone and tv is what Samsung is good at only. They make fridge and aircon etc. but they $uck..

yup its WPA PSK....

dunno what that means

it was like this all along for many years.

my Arc didnt have any problem with it

The surface material is prone to fingerprints, but black is most obvious...

Unless u wear cloth gloves to handle yr phone, the fingerprints r inevitable, even immediately after washing...

Naked is the most chio... Easy to wash n dock... But to prevent damage by accidental fall n scratches by placing yr phone on the table, a case is recommended... Can protect n also eliminate the back fingerprint problem...... Only trouble is taking out case to wash or dock..
