hey all, my purple xperia z juz suddenly restarted twice w/o any reason n prompted no SIM card inserted. but after rebooting again, it seemed ok (SIM card error gone) and a while later, rebooted again...didn't have this problem before updating to the latest firmware...so anything I can check and resolve this issue? thanks!

The worst case is do a factory reset.

The paper I sign is the final settlement offer wor....

Hmm, Well I signed X copies.

But then that is the just informed you that they will only be doing a 1 time 1 to 1 exchange for you only.

The next time anything happens to it. They will have to do repair service based on your warranty date.

Read the letter.... really... if they take your warranty that means is rubbish.

Look again hor!

Found this solution online on how to fix your stamina mode issue.

Open the Settings.
Now tap on “apps”.
Then swiper to the right until you top the All apps.
And then Tab on “Eco Controller mode”.
Now tap Force stop and then Clear data
restart your Sony Xperia Z by holding the on / off and volume up buttons simultaneously, or by holding the on / off inside until a popup when you press the switch.

It works for me.

what is the stamina mode issue about? :o

Not sure if the solution was mentioned here before but if it hasnt, then it will be useful for many out there who is having the stamina mode not reflecting the correct days and hours. I know stamina mode is still working behind the scene but it just sucks not having the correct days and hours reflected on our phone.

Hi all, I sent in my phone on the 12th May for repair and they called me to collect a new replacement phone yesterday. Phone is upgraded to the latest firmware.

During this 1 week waiting period, i emailed, facebook PM and called them to highlight my case. I guess that did the trick. You can also try calling the Bishan service centre at 6358 1883 as that is their office line number.

Hope it helps. :)

They have online repair check .. you can get the status of the repair on there too...
