teh voucher was post mail to moi b4 21mth completes
allow moi to re-contract like teh 18th mth w/o penalty
btw it's like teh beginning of teh yr when moi receive voucher
maybe they change liao

I got 2 mths waiver for my recent renewal. Last year, I got a mth waiver for trying out MioTV for a mth. Previous years, I was always able to convince them for vouchers between $100 - $150 each time.
