LG....recently models not bad. Price is better too. overall G Pro performed well.

My XZ speaker down this time,softer than demo set at telco. At least 50% softer. For almost a mth already, still hesitate to send in. Another 3-4wks down time,how many time have to visit them? My very last sony unit, sell away?

All brands also same lah, it is just eng or sway. If want to blame, all is the CSC fault. Their anyhow repair it and charge it. The only way is that dont use any handphone, use public phone then no need complain lah.

I agree. Copycat product will never be as good as the original. Sony is the first to produce water resistance smartphones and now they are also the first to produce water proof smartphones which can drop into a depth of up to 1.5M while Samsung has only S4 Active up to 1M, thickness of the phone increased from 7.9mm (S4) to 9.4mm (S4 Active) while Xperia Z Ultra is only 6.5mm thick and can drop to a depth of 1.5M. What a joke for the Korean or Samsung!

Comparing the build quality, it is very obvious that Sony build quality is much better than Samsung and on par with Apple.

I was with LG just after my X10. Guess where their (main) repair center is? Alexander Road. Not everyone lives near there, nr is it that accessible. When I visited them, it was just set up. I ahd to go there 4 times for my device... So no thanks.

Yes, if you have tried other brands like LG or HTC then you will know how to appreciate Sony Service Centre, they are trying hard to improve the service level which is for sure.

Yes, if you have tried other brands like LG or HTC then you will know how to appreciate Sony Service Centre, they are trying hard to improve the service level which is for sure.
