I got a notification from the phone today. It says that "map" app is draining unnecessary batt and advices me to go to setup-apps to force stop this application when not in use to save unnecessary batt usage if I don't need this app working in the background.

Anyone has a fix for WiFi? Never had an instance of being connected to any WiFi anywhere more than 5 mins without reconnecting and this really driving me crazy. I move around a lot and tap onto public WiFi most of the time. Other than this I'm loving my Z
yes ben, i'm also encountering wifi problem with my XZ. at first i thought its only because i'm using singtel's pace router at home. then i went overseas. stayed at 2 different hotel and also have problem connecting into their wifi networks. my wife's iphone 5 works perfectly fine. when i on my wifi and try to connect to the wifi network. my wife's iphone 5 also drops off the network i think due to hotel's wifi reset when i try to connect.
i'm quite happy with this phone except for the stupid wifi which i'm quite sick of it already. at home also cannot connect, whats the point of subscribing to fibre.
for those having problem connecting to router at home, maybe can try connecting to public network and monitor for around 10 mins and see if there is any problem.

You need to download that app first? I remember when I use with the NFC speaker, I just play the music then touch my Xperia Z onto the NFC speaker, it will prompt you to pair first then transfer the music over.
