Usually I just go but just to play safe you can call them first

My friend sent in his set for the same issue and was also told 3 days but collected it only after 2 weeks and with much pestering.

well i'm on a 3 week ICT so I got time to wait, and pester them if necessary

Edit: Just checked the online status of the job and it's supposed to be ready. But haven't received call yet. But I think I saw got pple post here say the website say it's ready but it's actually not.

my xperia takes so long to charge still. went to service center, wait for 1.5 weeks. in the end, they only changed my old cable, citing cable causing slow charging. zzzzzzz. need to go back and tell them again.

Mine top... Really irritating, i can't use wifi at all. For a moment it's 1bar then change to 3bar then no connection.

they never say 1 to 1 exchange, but should get back within 3 days or faster...see how. I'm quite happy with my set other than the black spots.

They didnt mention 1to1 exchange but in the end they say cant repair so 1to1 exchange

I just called this morning and the staff who pick the phone say not ready need to test 2-3 days more.

I just check it said ready on the site.

was told if the website says Ready, you can just go down to collect.

hopefully i can get my set back today. Its been a long 3weeks wait from their promised 3 to 5 days! (More like 3 to 5 weeks)

well I got mine back it ended up a whole lot of stuff got replaced
though the lady at the counter said it was software corruption and battery got replaced go figure

i noticed that my paint scratches at the dock corner of the phone was gone when I collected my phone. I sent in my phone with scratches like that.

I did get my own screen protector back though. the same minor scratches are visible.

The part where you can hang strap on the phone still had a little bit of paint peels though but not noticeable one you put in a cover or when you hang a strap there.
