Is it the Asus launcher and its proprietary apps thats causing the massive batt drain? Tried using Batt Doc, and the ASUS apps always are running in background.

Will i be able to remove the ASUS apps after rooting?

After the latest update, the phone keep popping up message ask me to insert sim card whereby sim card is already inside. I guess is time to throw this phone away and go for another model.

I sent my zf5 for repair due to sim slot spoilt. It is working fine but took 2 weeks or so. Upon receiving my zf5 there is a big gap at the top left corner.

Since it is a cheapo hp, i didn't bother to query further. The CSO is shock n dunno how answer when i point out the issue. I think she is waiting for me to bang table.

I hoot the padfone infinity (A86) last week. Was using zf5.
A86 is definitely much better than zf5
manage to upgrade to kk4.4 and UI is same as zf5. Reaponse wise dun need to say liao.

But A86 is a dis-cont product so i am using it without cover and screen protector.

According to GSMarena, it only has Gorilla Glass (I'm assuming it's the 1st version of Gorilla Glass).. would that require a tempered glass screen protector?
