Suddenly my screen went haywire, will have to send back to asus service centre, by the way, if my set was ordered from asus online store, I do not have to present any receipt to claim the warranty right? *Also, do I have to go to the service centre at ubi or just to the one at 313 will do? Thanks in advance

Don't go Ubi. I think go to 313 or Burn Rd.

I went Ubi and there is only one service staff and it's a kid that doesn't know anything. Totally useless service centre.

Am interested in the phone, how is th e battery life?
Definitely better than the Note 2 I had before this phone. Now charging once in 2 days compare to everyday before this.

With the latest firmware updates, now very stable. Couple with long battery life, definitely a keeper for me. Good for those who want a decent phone but only want to pay 1/2 the price. Beside NFC, almost everything is there.

Got Nikin brand also but I think no stock.

Lazada Malaysia is selling ZF6 with 3gb RAM. First time I am hearing this. Have anyone here heard about 3gn RAM ZF6?

It says it is an imported set. Wonder this version is sold in which country.

I wish you good luck if you need to visit Asus service center.
Read here

i thought Asus made good products, which would require fewer repairs. but seems many complaints on that thread. and more so about the service centers.

but how can Asus remove post from HWZ ??:s11:
unless that post violated some HWZ rules ?

all brands would have some bad devices or issues, how they handle those issues through service centers is very important.

AFAIK, if the thread is started by Asus, they can delete post in that particular thread.

just saw my friend's asus zenfone 6 dropped from the seat on the bus, screen cracked immediately.

Thats bad. Bus seat should be abt only 1 metre in height, so shouldn't crack so easily even if falls on its glass surface. Furthermore, material used on the bus flooring is softer than bare concrete, so I am surprise that the glass used on z6 is that fragile. :(
