no rahs, not getting sgt rank yet. graduating on 8dec for foundation term.

foundation term (8weeks)
pro term (12.5weeks)
combined arms term (1.5weeks) <<< after this then become sgt

i think if tio armour or recee then the pro term is longer... means get sgt later

foundation term, formerly named basic section leader course(BSLC) is training to be a infantry leader, which is the fundamentals of every specialist. will learn weapons like M203, SAW & METADOR. Navigation, signal... & boring lectures which really can sleep sia... Section firing, urban ops...

after 8weeks of that, some will stay for infantry pro term while the others posted to vocational units. only have armour, arty, signals, recee, combat eng/medic
