I think the problem lies in the fact that my coy has too many regulars around. They want to produce results and make the coy look outstanding, so they do a lot of crap at the expense of NSFs. I feel sad for the specs because they are treated worse than men (even though some of them behave worse than men and most of them are in "men mode"). It's like the entire battalion's eyes is on our coy because we will be turning ops pretty soon..

My camp also almost everyone is regular.

But my officer got say he dont give a **** to upstairs people. He say we are one family in guardroom. The main building is another family
