u go check ippt standards.

if you can get silver for ippt comfortably then just go for bmt la

the 8 weeks really not worth it unless you're struggling for fitness

Moi also PTP enlisted 2.4 13 minutes 15 seconds, 2 weeks later with tired legs (everyday train not used to it ) got 11 minutes 11 seconds

can improve damn fast
