Nope, always have the bag with me when training, and it is one of the slowest rocks to get
Rank from fastest to slowest
1) Fishing, Woodcutting, Mining at Living Rock caverns (Gathering skills too easy)
2) Farming (lots of chances to proc rocks, can do full marathon)
3) Thieving (single click at master farmers)
4) Runecrafting (only slow part is travel, wicked hood daily should more than cover it)
5) Firemaking (willow logs easy to cut + just dump in a bonfire)
6) Crafting (due to huge abundance of gold and I have lots and lots of sand too)
7) Herblore (clean herb + make pots, easily 2x chance per item)
8)Smithing (sometimes fast sometimes slow through gold and making stuff from bars, exhausted before 1k gold before getting 1 rock
)
9) Agility (same as smithing, advanced barb course, at least force you to train)
10)Fletching (seems to proc a lot less than other skills, I use yew from my own tree)
11) Cooking (same problem as fletching though I have a lot of fish...)
12) Hunter (I use falcons, a bit troublesome cos I port home to sell the fur and bury all the bones due to my compulsion to almost never leave loot behind)
13) Construction (Flat pack and you need at least 2 planks per flat pack, also lazy to self make the wood so just buy, however still slow due to need to bank/travel and also cost you money)
