Exactly. I hate it when people write 'prices starting from', means even if only 1 unit is at that price they can still write it as such. Deceptive marketing. It all started when they bid high for the land, but why do we have to pay for it.

Like you said, just move on and look at something else, resale perhaps? No need to be salty about it. The whole world sells things using the same approach, not just for property.

This only makes the 4BR a good value. 3BR is still a little expensive. For the good stacks it will still cost in the region of 1025 psf or more. Forget about this EC and move on to other ECs.

I agree that 4bedrms seems like a good buy. The rest are still expensive but at least its not going to be at 1120psf?

4BR really good buy. Almost same as resale.

This is the most effective sales tactic, i.e. comparing to overpriced new launch PC.

I think EC can just compare to resale PCs. Is 1180 still reasonable?

i was almost tempted to buy the 4 bedder as it seemed a value buy but then renting the extra rooms does not sound like a good idea and it will feel like I m staying in hubei and it may be a matter of time for the next pandemic and I will get locked down with them in my own house lol.
