Normally when price list out, alot will be disappointed . Developers also must earn leh. 😂

I think no matter what the price. Still got buyer ard. Perhaps, 40% sales on launch?

I think will be way lower. In their initial pricing list, they estimated 1075 to 1100 psf. Now almost all the units are 1150 and above.

Quite the same for Parc Canberra. The price release and initial estimate price differences. But can’t compare. Different location, different developer.

I still dun understand their ballot system. Meaning now all were ballot using the e app details but not ballot card. Which price list is out then ppl decide whether to ballot or not.

Moi wifey was considering but the frequency of the tv advert is too much

Every 10 mins got the irritating advert

Cannot imagine if really get a unit there the team maybe call ur hp every 2 hrs.

Never seen such aggression before. Mlmlwm.

My agent sent me the price list of the stack i shortlisted. Got a shock! Considering the current economic climate, they upped the price instead with ref to previous indicative. 3 bedrm premium mid floor 12xxpsf
