Old Desktop parts - keep or sell ?

upgraded to AMD, so have a Maximus Z270 formula + 7700K sitting here. Is it worth selling (400 to 500 bucks?) or better to keep, get a ATX case and then setup as a 2nd PC ?

Think I'll just invest in a case and get it setup as a living room PC or something.

Just need to find a compact enough case that fits a noctua d15 in there.

Any thoughts ?

No need buy a case. Just get a wireless kb mouse and Xbox controller.
