Hi all

Appreciate if you could recommend some mobile phone models for my parents, coming to 80 years old

Best if comes with physical dial pads or Simple Mode in Android... they have never use smartphones before...

maybe you can try the apps mentioned in below link on your phone first. if they are comfortable with using those big button big text simplified interface on your phone, then go out and get a budget android phone and install those apps.
