old iphone videos cannot be sync

dear all

i have some videos taken using older iphones on my desktop.

tried to sync them over to my IP6 via ITunes but were not able to do.

I have converted these videos to m4v files using a convertor but still cannot sync over.

I have no issues with photos though.

please help and advise. many TIA.
