olympus epl-1 vibrates when tryin to switch off

anyone know what's wrong? is it lens dirty or has the camera body / lens up lorry already? super noob here.. hope someone can advise.. cam is only a year old though it's a old model

Suggest u call olympus Singapore for detail. Might be the dust reduction system working or issue.
