On board graphics failing

after few hours on the pc, sometimes screen freeze,,, had to force restart,
at ramdom times, bsod on graphic issue shown on screen..

plug a standalone graphic will solve this? or could be other underlying issues?

Can screenshot the error?
It's a old PC, maybe you can try:

- Try one stick at one time.
Run Memtest check for any error.
Take note recommend to use same brand/specs.
If yours is a mix of different brand and speed may have issue.
Especially if dual channel, for example one stick is Kingston and another is Crucial.

- Was your Windows previously upgraded from Windows 7/8?
If so, you can try reinstall Windows.
As you use onboard graphic, high chance could be driver issue.
Update BIOS if you haven't done so, BIOS update can resolve certain issues.
However perform update BIOS after your RAM is check.

Last resort is to buy a branded PC for example Lenovo Ideacenter around $800
to replace this old PC.

4 pc of ram, all the same

windows 7 installed since day 1

windows memory test - no issues detected..

i'm going for mentest then check on bios, need to check my mb version too

I can see your specs in profile. How old is your pc ?
