Onedrive sync

I want to sync a folder to my onedrive but inside that folder, I want to exclude a certain folder. Does anyone know what's the command to do that?

This is what I do currently but how do I exclude a folder inside that folder from being sync?

1) mklink /j "%UserProfile%\OneDrive\Folder Name" "Full path of source folder"

Just have this wild idea that if you were to use a symbolic linked folder as the folder that is being excluded, will it work when you upload?
