Hi, I just bought a OnePlus 12 from Hazel Technology. Not sure why but I could not connect to mobile network (it seems like the handphone could not detect the operator). I have tried both SingTel and Starhub sim cards but it is still the same. May I know if there is any solutions to my problem? Many thanks for your help in advance.

Hazeltech known for selling used/refurbished phones as reported by others. Sounds like region lock. Best is to check if they can resolve else better faster refund and get from others.

Is there a message when u insert in the sim card or start the phone. Like others have said, it sounds like a region lock

from what i googled coz i dun use android auto, it seems more of android 16 being the culprit rather than just being Oneplus's issue

yes battery not so good in adnroid 16... realise my camera seems to be broken as well... sometimes press shutter and not taking photos

Damn, tot i was the only 1...almost wanna do a factory reset or go to service centre. How can we feedback to OnePlus?
