Volte is the one causing the issue. Nothing to do with china sets flash to global rom vs global rom sets.

The only difference is just the lack of esim for china sets flash to global rom and the 2 year local warranty support

Anyways, to manage expectations, please just take the estimated delivery dates as a gauge as Oneplus SG still cant secure the next batch of stock. They are trying their best to secure one more batch before CNY.

Hence they offer free cancellation just in case one cant wait!

Actually there isn't a global 1tb variant from what I been seeing. So no matter what all of those who just make noise without researching can just suck it up. The variants available are

India model CPH2649 with 100w charger, 256/512/1tb storage option. Also, this year India model also has esim inbuilt, op12 doesn't have

Global/EU model CPH2653 w/o charger(what 90% of what global owners will receive incl SG AND HK, stop saying HK sells CN models), 256/512 storage option

US model CPH2655 with 80W charger, 256/512 storage option. This is also the variants that all techtubers received, hence all the misinformation and noisemaking about why no charger etc

CN model PJZ110 with 100W charger, a basic case(not those sandstone magnetic ones), 256/512/1tb storage option, no eSim

SIM	Option 1: Nano-SIM + Nano-SIM + eSIM (max 2 at a time) Option 2: Nano-SIM + Nano-SIM

So local SG model is which model ? Is it Option 1 or 2 (above)
