i went to the official shop at city plaza this afternoon.

it's just a freaking warehouse full of random goods, toys etc.

does not look like a showroom , more like a random factory warehouse.

i was.. taken aback to put it mildly, i just left without asking for anything.
U went there liao, and never ask? Then come here kpkb :s22:

They operating purely based on the warehouse now. Oneplus is not as big as other companies like honor, oppo etc.

I am unsure of your intention of this post when u are just judging a book by its cover. The staff there is more than happy to serve u and even take out the demo set to show you

just giving my opinion of their authorised distributor "shop".

if you put your address on the official website, i was expecting something like a standalone shop, similar to vivo or oppo.

and yes, i went there to see what options they have, was not expecting a random warehouse with random stuff in there.

no need to get so defensive, i will not bad mouth your precious brand anymore ok? Oneplus is the best, god bless oneplus.

hell shall come for those who expect anything even remotely decent from a small brand, all hail oneplus.

Anyone here with OP13 CN/Global ROM have problem connecting to StarHub mobile network? SIM card poked in both slots but no connection at all. Not even able to receive SMS.
On Oxygen OS 15 ending 405.

If u do a search at xda developer, china flashed global rom has issue with cellular connection. Requires root and flashing of magisk module to fix it.

I suggest u return the phone to the seller for full refund and get a local set instead

Did you flash the Global ROM yourself? Or did the seller do it for you?

The seller did.
Might want to check with your seller on this issue if possible?

Maybe they forgot to flash the "fix-signal-oneplus13v2.zip" module which can be found on XDA website. Did you try with SIM card from Singtel or M1 to see whether they work?

Of course, asking seller for full refund is another option. Whether they will entertain you is a different story.

If full refund not possible, perhaps can flash it back to Color OS. It might just work
