wow, looks like the beginning of the end. the OP15 is also not doing them any favours. a lot of people didn't buy this phone because of the camera downgrade.
Their pricing are in the flagship regions nowadays. In markets whereby Oppo is available, most people will go for Oppo rather than Oneplus. They probably needs to reduce their pricing if they want to continue in the markets of India whereby pricing is sensitive.

till 13 it was still a unique phone to get, 15 is not a bad phone by itself but people understandably made noise about the downgrade in main cam, but aint the current Realme the same? The much complained IMX906 main camera is what was used since GT7 Pro, and it was brought to GT8 Pro, and GT8 Pro had a lowered spec tele sensor from Find X9 Pro's f2.1 to f2.6, which of course is the only phone in this year's oppo-based bbk lineup to sport an actual 2k display, albiet with a similar but lousier ad-in-OSapps realmeOS, at the same price the other phones are priced at ~$1500. And Oneplus is the only phone in the brand line recognised and sold in the western market, where all other brands are still heard of but not sold there.
all that, and with the added problem that flash memory price is going haywire right now. So whatever upgrades people wanna get now, probably best to get them now before hp price go haywire also

i wonder if it's a consolidation move from OPPO. bring realme back into their umbrella, then integrate oneplus into OPPO brand directly. probably can cut man power costs too since now realme and oneplus seems to have their own teams and operation around the world. even in SG the distributor for oppo, realme, oneplus, (and vivo too) like all different despite all being under BBK. I can't imagine it's cheap to do it like that. then maybe in the future OnePlus and realme will become like a series of phones under OPPO brand just like another OPPO series like Reno. Like OPPO OnePlus 16. OPPO realme GT9. :ROFLMAO:

but i don't think they will ba. i feel like the "oneplus" brand likely still got value and recognition, more so than realme globally. doesn't make sense for them to bring in realme again only to kill off oneplus brand. I think it will just be what they've been doing for a while now, just that oneplus will be their "performance/gaming" series so that it doesn't overlap with Find X series. :ROFLMAO:

so we might see.

Oppo Global release with OxygenOS
Oppo China release with ColorOS

Oppo Global maintain Hasselblad branding. Oppo may axe Snapdragon and use MTK Dimensity. since the gaming performance really not far apart.. else they might use only Snapdragon on their Ultra. the Pro and FX wiill use dimensity.

They might just all use ColorOS, just like what they did for Vivo, both global & china are using originOS.

OxygenOS is widely recognised in the android community as being the cleanest android OS other than Google's own, so hopefully they dun setlle on it.. I hope they keep it as is for the brand+OS seperation if its still going this route.
