They will be pulling out from oppo service center. Now all comes with 1 year warranty, direct replacement.
What about those that purchase last time when warranty still 2 years. OnePlus will honor the warranty?

Those existing one will not be affected. If you purchase it with 2 years warranty, it will be 2 years warranty

I can assure u they will still continue to operate in SG. It is just that they can't get the parts directly from factory anymore.
That's assuring. I just recently bought the OnePlus 13s in early Aug. How to check whether if the warranty is 1 of 2 years?

The Oppo warranty check website only show date of activation.

Did u capture any screenshot when u buy that time is 1 or 2 years warranty? If unsure, just pm them in shopee and they will advice u accordingly

wah, i have to come into a random One Plus thread just to see this.

while i know this is a op15 thread, is there a known date for this?
Cause right now the site still list the oppo service center at cathay
https://service.oneplus.com/sg/search/search-detail?id=2068470#/
The only thing that I can share is:
1. Before heading down to oppo service center, chat with the OnePlus official store in Shopee/Lazada. They will advise accordingly case by case basis
2. Based on my conversation with them, those set purchased 1st September onwards will be 1 year warranty. Those set purchased before 1st September will enjoy the 2 years warranty
3. Oppo service center can still perform repair ONLY IF they have ready parts. If the part is out of stock, the only way to get it replaced is a 1 to 1 exchange at the OnePlus warehouse. They can't get parts from factory anymore
4. Battery replacements can be done at Oppo service center if they have the battery model available, else it can only be done at those ah beng shops like Mistermobile, litemobile

Thanks this is clear. I bought my OnePlus 13s in early Aug so I should be on 2 years warranty. But will still check when required.

BTW, where is OnePlus warehouse?
