hehe let me try

Processor: OPT uses 810, beats 801 on Zuk1. Apparently overheating is no longer an issue with Oxygen OS

battery: Zuk Z1 wins hands down with 4100mah

Memory: both have no removable storage and come in max 64G variants . Draw

OS: Zuk Z1 wins with Cyanogen Mod 12 vs Oxygen OS. This is subjective but i am assuming cyanogen has more experience and hence makes a better product with support. At least till they split again :p

RAM: OPT wins with 4Gb compared to 3Gb on Zuk Z1

Display : Both 5.5 inch full HD display. Draw

Front cam: Zuk Z1 wins with 8Mp shooter over 5Mp on OPT

Back cam: Both is 13mp but i think reviews show OPT cam and software is quite good so OPT wins

Price: Zuk wins hands down with its REAL flagship killer killer price :p

Accessibility: OPT need to ***** yourself to get invite while zuk no need. for this, Oneplus should burn in hell

Add up points (Assuming one point for each, draw is no points)
OPT: 3 points
Zuk Z1: 5 points

You have a clear winner :)
Disclaimer: i realize many people got different critirea, i merely tried to list what is impt to me and also what i think most pple talk about on this forums. Feel free to disagree and post your own views :)
You forgot to include that Zuk Z1 has a USB Type-C connector which supports USB 3.0 speeds and quick charging whereas OPT has "disguised" USB Type-C which only operates on USB 2.0 and has no quick charging capabilities. If you consider the overall package, price and availability, it's Z1 > OPT for me no doubt. :)

But is SD 801 vs 810 a determining factor? Or is it overblown?

Both are very capable SOCs that can handle anything thrown at it in today's mobile context, with the 810 more known for its overheating issues. On one hand I know for many, having the latest or fastest SOC makes them feel good but from my own perspective, realistically I probably wouldn't be able to tell much difference from both on normal day to day usage. Ultimately at the end of the day, the overall user experience is up to how well the developers optimize their respective OS. So for me, its not really a determining factor but I'm sure there are others who may have different opinion on this. Cheers :)

Wah man, I totally did not know there was a difference. Thanks for pointing it out. USB type C is nice but its like lighting connector, ALL my previous cables and users becum redundant riao :(
Got adaptors for it to use with old cables? :(

From what i know, oneplus have setup a local office in Singapore with a GM taking care of SEA. I presume they have local collaboration with lazada singapore, just like lazada Indonesia. I maybe wrong but lets see how and wait for future announcement.

But I dont think we'll see sales of it until Q4 2015. I dont mind waiting for local set, I just hope the price is closer to the official 389 USD price tag. The china sets really not worth paying.

I was afraid oneplus was only going to concentrate on usa,China and India this year. They seem to have fastracked south east Asia 😂.
This is wonderful news at so many levels. The sooner oneplus and xiaomi get their $h!t together and ramp up their production and distribution the better it is for us. Mobile phones do not deserve the markup unfairly charged by the samsungs and apples of the world.

got 1 mate above said telco selling..

If telco selling then hopefully they will put some demo sets up on display at the stores. :s12:

I really hope cheap flagships like these will reach out to a wider market. People will realise brand does not mean anything.
