I think must flash stock 2.1.1 then flash the incremental 2.1.2 update then flash superuser and twrp. Read on xda someone say one

Need to manually flash the rom using TWRP. You can download the rom from this link here, then save the zip file inside the phone and reboot your phone into TWRP and dirty flash it manually.
