You never used *#808# (Production line test 10) to check screen when collecting?

confirm yours is a screen issue. i tested mine at low, med and high brightness all look uniform.

is the dimensions and buttons for OnePlus 5T similar with 5... thinking if my previous rhinoshield for 5 fits 5T.

I doubt so since the dimensions between OnePlus 5 and 5T are totally different.

Anyway those people who cheong for the phone from OnePlus website direct better check their CC statements, their payments gateway was compromised and hundreds of people got fraudulent charges on their cards.

Yep, I'm most likely going to go down and get a replacement. Contacted Simder and they said bring the phone down.

It's not like I was looking for this issue, I just happened to noticed it while using apps.

Apparently Lazada is supposedly the authorized seller of the Oneplus in SG, however they didn't carry the OP5t this time around. I remember they officially sold the OP3. So for the OP5t it's mostly export sets from China.

Actually quite heng because I used paypal to buy instead of CC as CC does not work for Hongkong in the first place.

Mine was delivered to me, so couldn't check at shop.

So i opened my shipment from AT house ytd:

1. As expected free tgsp was cracked
2. The oneplus tpu case much nicer than AT house free casing
3. There was a scratch on the preapplied screen protector. I peeled it off to make sure it wasnt on the phone.
4. There was a free mozzy repelant keychain.

I bought the 4d tgsp from revelion and plan to get the sandstone case and charger from oneplusHK.

Do we have to do anything with the imei number? Sorry i havent got a new phone in 5 yrs lol.

Just an update on the situation, I went to the shop today to show them the issue. They said no problem they will exchange for me, however they do not have stock now and it will only arrive next week 24th. So hopefully all goes well then, at least they said they would replace it.
