Anyone face this problem...sms delay, need to toggle flight mode off on to get the message...quite a concern as banking OTP always delayed.

Still the same with Textra, I even changed to a new sim card at singtel shop yesterday. Using stock rom n no root, don't know what is wrong.

Wow, seem working after I removed Textra from battery optimized mode n do a phone reboot. Let me monitor for a while to confirm. Thanks!
