You mean like custom kernel/ROM? Most kernels I've seen are cross device.

Hey all,

What's the standby battery drain like for your op7p?

I had a full charge at 12am. Turn on WiFi, dnd and sleep battery optimisation on, set to 60hz refresh, and fhd resolution on but woke at 8.30 to find 9% battery gone.

I don't think this is good performance :/

Also there is an occasional lag when turning on and taking the first picture with the camera. Wondering if it's an isolated incident for me.

Custom kernels have made a difference for me but Android being Android is highly inconsistent during standby time with random background process draining more battery when it suddenly decides to... Best I ever got was like

2% over 7.5hrs but right the next night it draining 5+%

Hi all, I'm sitting on the fence between OP7 vs OP7p. Is the OP7p too big to fit in the jeans pocket?

To help answer yrself.

1. 6T still good enough to use.
2. Got spare cash to spend? Get OP7P. No regrets.
3. No spare cash to spend? Still to OP6T. It will still make you happy.

1) i disable all my social media background usage of data, notifications and etc.
2) i clear all apps before i go sleep.

so far i don't really care about my battery drain overnight, partly because i got the warp charger

and i still got around 6hrs SOT everyday. i can monitor and let u know tomorrow on my finding
