I would wait awhile for prices of the OP7 to drop slightly as OP7T sales scale up

Most retailers are still selling the OP7 at close to RRP despite the launch of the new model

We really have similar requirements in phones, only difference is I not willing to pay so much for the phone

Still pondering should I wait for OP8 which looks great. Dun really like the look of OP7T but feature wise OP7T really good lah

My criteria is <800, ofc the lower $ the better. Pretty happy I got it <650 when it first launched and this phone will be for the next 2years and more until spoil

Set a target price for the phone you're willing to pay first. Then once op7t is out, the 7 will drop so can hoot. But drop by how much, idk...

So for me, I will wait a while if not in a hurry

Yea man. Is a good deal. Actually Op7 is really still not a bad phone despite 7t is out. For this price for this hardware really no complains. I think is just that with new hardware is out. It seems like it is losing out but on a day to day usage. Op7 is really nothing to complain. Battery life is great. With gcam everything is good also.

Exactly, that's why it's a fail in my books, the wide angle cam is so useful, no need to keep stepping back to fit subjects in the frame

Currently using OP 7 but overall not impressed. A lot of stutters, random shutdowns and the camera on my unit absolutely sucks. Maybe it's my usage or I got a lemon set. Decided to give oneplus another chance and hopefully it works out cos I like the OS and features.

The only issue I have was the whatsapp occasionally hang. For don't know what reason. It just make the whole phone lag
