I am talking about dust accumulating at the sides of the wsd. I never say wsd is lousy leh :s22:

I pasted more then 10 pieces and most of them have dusts accumulating at the sides especially when the phone is in and out of your pants
All these curved screen tempered glass I tried to self install all failed... For Whitestone will they install for me? If 1 week later got dust can go back bang table since it is so ex

So far the stock installed film quality is quite good... Really very smooth compared to in the past...

dust at the side is so common. come on.. you guys can't be expecting GLUE don't attract dust?

of course, you want film you can do so, but you sacrifice on risk if u drop your phone flat to the ground.

again, if you can buy a $800+ phone. i not sure why you can't afford a good tempered glass $40 bucks to protect the phone.

you got say dust? people say hair u say dust? Anyway like i said on the above.. anything that uses glue will attract lint and dust.. regardless of how well you put it.

it just take you maybe 10sec to clear off the dust.. so difficult?

Been looking around for Whitestone for my OP7 Pro in Sengkang and Punggol, but not able to find it... So still stuck to the stock film protector. While it is good, film gets scratched easily and can be quite unsightly after sometime.

I thought the glue is supposed to cure right? If so, why will dust stick on it? Dust at the side is common because of the slight gap between the screen and the cover, that I agree.

loca glue when cure does not mean that it stays hard there and become not sticky. it will still be harden till a stage where is hard to remove and not as the same state when you just drip on the glass.

i did some removal of WSD glass and repaste again.. and the glue is extremely sticky and outright smelly (smell like a nail polish).

so dust at the side. i would say.. perfectly normal..

Further to using stock camera to read qr codes, you can use also read it within Google app>Discover tab>the lens icon next to the mic icon

Lol its a discussion why so worked out and offended? I am just saying my experience and the cons of wsd which is the sides got dust and if u clean the sides there are risk of ripping the glue out :s22:

Hmm zeelot uses different type of loca as it is super easy to take out. Wsd glue is more sticky that's what i prefer, but the process of taking out have to be careful

i am using it with the stock screen protector now. i guess it is good enough aginst nails and mild impacts. the interface with 90hz is really godlike. i have used many flagship phones prior and surprisingly amazed by the expereience. the camera using night mode are surprisingly impressive as well. i wonder why did reviewers pinned them down. or was it improved after the recent firmware update. i am using 9.5.8 now.

Forcing 90Hz on more apps makes it even better 😁 still getting 6hrs+ SOT mixed usage over 24hrs with 20-25% left.

Sony still hasn't changed it's ways, guess it's their top management decisions on their Xperia phones since the very start...😩😂

Glad it was refunded over the OP7 Pro.

Hey everyone, is it a good upgrade from 5t to 7 pro? A little gian on the full screen display and 90hz screen refresh, But don't really like the curve screen. :( dilemma.

And the front cam will pop up everytime you use face unlock?
