Either you set as double tap to wake, you can set as tap once to wake the screen. Another way is to lift the phone to wake the screen.

but cannot just press my thumb on the screen and expect the screen to wake, read my fingerprint and unlock right, just like samsung and huawei phones.

Your definition of perfect phone is different from others . Those so called flaws mentioned may not be the flaws of others

Ya, what I gave was my personal opinion, i never say that it is the opinion that everyone in the world must share. so my opinion is there is no perfect phone. it's the same thing like there's no perfect house, no perfect car, no perfect boss/employee/partner/spouse etc...

if you think the OP7 is the perfect phone for u, then good for u. for me, I've moved on from the 7.. maybe the OP8 might tick more check boxes for more people, who knows?

If say battery is it’s weakness. But I like my 120hz screen and high resolution. So I deal with it. Charging is super fast anyway. Though I miss the wireless charging convenience, it’s not a dealbreaker as wireless charging is still slow even with newer phones charging faster. Energy loss is still high.

Wireless charging is improving, Xiaomi got 30W, Huawei got 27W, think wait another year can break 40W barrier

Hi everyone, may I know where is the best place to get an AP/export OnePlus 7 Pro? I searched on Carousell and found a few sellers selling export sets with prices ranging from $810 to $860.

Do you guys think it is worth to spend an extra few hundred dollars for a local set just to get the local warranty?

Also, do the export sets come with a 2-pin or 3-pin charging brick?

Thanks in advance for your response!

I managed to get 8gb version for a very good deal at $740 after $111 coupon during 11.11 promotion. Wait for special dates and grab the qoo10 vouchers it's really worth it. Export set comes with 2 pin charger you can easily use a multi plug, not an issue for me.

Nope. Minimum 1 tap on screen first to wake or lift to wake.

Thank you for your reply. Can I know which seller in Qoo10 did you get your 7 Pro from?

I bought from win digital and the price was 848 at that time. However the wait was too long, order on 8 November received phone on 26 November. I don't recommend ordering from them.

Longest I had was 7hrs52mins. I do agree the battery life is weaker than the Huawei p20pro that I was using previously which I expected. To screen resolution to auto switch?

Tbh Huawei phones are monsters at battery management. My mate 10 was so good. Was not used when I swapped as well
