GSM Arena has the comparison of the 7T vs 7T Pro.

To list off all the modules, we have the now famous Sony IMX586 as the primary rear camera on both phones, with 48-megapixel resolution, 7P lens, f1.6 aperture, and optical image stabilization.

Complementing it is a 16-megapixel ultra-wide camera with f2.2 aperture, again common on both phones.

The third camera is the one that differs on both phones; the 7T has a 12-megapixel f2.2 camera without stabilization that offers 2x optical zoom over the standard wide-angle lens.

Meanwhile, the 7T Pro has an 8-megapixel f2.4 camera that has OIS and provides 3x optical zoom over the standard wide-angle cameram with a clever trick.

You see, the 7T Pro - like the 7 Pro before it - has a 13-megapixel sensor for the telephoto camera. This lens provides roughly 2.2x the optical zoom factor over the standard wide-angle lens. To achieve the 3x zoom, OnePlus only uses the center 8-megapixel portion of the lens, which has a field of view roughly 3x narrower than the main wide-angle lens. However, when you shoot portrait images with the telephoto camera, it captures a 12-megapixel image, meaning it uses more of the sensor. The field of view is obviously wider but that's fine for portrait images.

Great comparison review

Information on the camera OIS is been confusing on both official site and reviews, is the following correct for 7T ?

Photos:
Main - OIS / EIS
Wide - none
Tele - none

Video:
Main - OIS / EIS
Wide - EIS

Photos is probably just OIS for the main camera. The rest is just see how steady your hands are and how fast the shutter speed the camera chooses.

Videos wise it's complicated. OIS only for the main camera in all resolution and frame rates. At 1080p 30fps there is EIS too. 4k 30fps seems like it has some EIS too.

For telephoto camera, there is EIS for only 1080p 30fps. Once i go to 1080 60fps it switches to the main camera. Telephoto cam doesn't work in 4K.

Wide angle, I can't really tell if there is EIS by default since it doesn't show camera shake as much in the first place. There is a super stable mode with definitely uses EIS though.

Also, wide angle cam doesn't work in 1080 60fps but works for 4k for some reason. :s13:

Anyone can advice the difference between china set and SG sets for oneplus 7t in terms of telco bandwidth..

3 years ago bought one set each of OnePlus 3 and 3T. Oneplus 3 is global set while 3t is china set with global rom. Back then oneplus 3 don't have local distributor or maybe not that i know of. Both bought from Qoo10.

The oneplus 3 global set allows 4g+ while oneplus 3t china set flashed with global rom allows 4g only for local telco. Only if i go overseas will i be able to get 4g+ on OnePlus 3T.

Im looking to upgrade my OnePlus 3T to 7T in the next few days. OnePlus 3T has served me well but its time for a new phone. Looking at those 7T china sets with global rom flashed if there are not differences between them

IIRC, since the OP5T, the China sets already has the required bands to support 4G+ for local telcos.

Just wondering, if the phone is flash to Oxygen OS.
If we reset the phone, the ROM will stay Oxygen OS instead of reverting back to Hydrogen OS right?

Yes. Will stay OOS. It's a conversion over to OOS, so won't revert unless you flash to HOS.
