Alright guys OxygenOS 10.0.5 for the OnePlus 7T is LIVE in the Oxygen Updater App: https://forums.oneplus.com/threads/oxygenos-10-0-5-for-the-oneplus-7t.1134843/

Quick question to bros who have the LOCAL set 7T and using Oxygen Updater App: Under "My Device" what variant is your Oneplus 7T listed as?

There's 2 variants. .ba and .aa if you check your firmware. It's eu and international

To add on to this info, there are 3 variants actually: EU (.BA) , International and Indian (both .AA)

International and Indian have same device codes but different software as the indian OOS have some exclusive features.

Not sure what's the exact difference between international and indian softwares so any experts can clarify would be great

India has VOLTE and call recording function etc.

May I check on the top bar where it shows icon. Left side of the bar does time only and right bar show battery, SIM card, alarm clock etc. Anyway to shift some of the icons from right side to the left side next to the time?

Is there a need to root or unlock boot loader in order to do this? Is VoLTE working ok on the 7t? Any bugs or problems?

the last time i did on my op7, dont need to root or unlock boot loader, however do at your own risk and it is important to do a nandroid backup before modifying anything

its good to have a backup as when you delete a lte profile, it is gone forever. the only way to restore it is to restore from the backup taken before u perform any actions. if u wrongly delete a lte profile, there are chance u will lost the imei number of your phone, which means your phone cannot register to any telco network after that

So far I'm fine with the phone. Battery life is good and camera is ok. 90hz and ufs 3.0 really makes the different

Now no need to delete the lte profile, just deactivate it and change to new one. So in future u need to change back to the old profile, u can select back.

i see thanks for the information. the last time i did this is oneplus 7 time... not sure got any changes bo

so far u enable volte got any dropped calls? some of my friend enable volte experience frequent drop calls
